Tree Tent & Hammock Woods – New for 2025

June 4, 2025

We have noticed over the last few years people asking for areas for hammocks so we have set aside a 2 acre area of our ancient woodland for tree tents & hammocks, situated in between The Encampment and The Camping Field, it’s a heavily wooded area with some clearer spaces so lots of options for tying up. Firepits must be used, please collect from reception when you check in. Only 3 pitches have been allocateted with 2 adults & 2 children per pitch.

We have teamed up with market leaders Tentsile who produce market leading Tree Tents which combine the comfort and versatility of a camping hammock with the protection and capacity of a tent, and I am delighted to offer a Dernwood 10% discount code you can use on their site
