Dear all,
Second frost of the season this morning as the last of our 2025 guests prepare to leave us, what a summer it’s been and we finally had some fantastic sunshine! Below you’ll see our highlights, and then links to our new booking system plus a discount code for 2026.
Highlights of the Season
Farm-to-Fork Moments: This year, our café was the busiest it’s ever been for a hearty breakfast and a steaming cup of coffee, and, of course Emma’s famous scotch eggs. Many of you tucked into our homegrown meats, enjoying the ultimate in food traceability as you grilled our sausages and steaks over your fires.
The Quad Squad – Yes our kit delivery service was the most welcome thing we’ve ever introduced, especially the Sunday return after a busy weekend of fun!
Wildlife Encounters: Our ancient woodland hummed with sightings of fallow deer, badgers, and vibrant autumnal fungi. Guests, young and old loved exploring the farm, capturing memories of woodland walks and the all-important digital detox.
Tree Tents & Hammock Woods – It amazes me that so many people are happy to sleep in a hammock but you are and you loved our new woodland camping area!
Google Reviews – We now rank 4.8 with Google – so thanks to all who took the time to review us – it makes such a difference to our business (and yes that is a link if you fancy doing one 🙂
Looking Ahead
2026 Bookings Open Now: We are opening for the early May Bank Holiday, be ready to secure your spot for next year! Whether you’re planning a family getaway or a solo retreat, we can’t wait to welcome you back. We have a new system this year so you can book for camping and glamping in the same place – just put in your dates and you’ll see everything that is available, plus for you, our returning guests there’s a 10% discount when you use the code ‘backagain’ if you book before the

Seasonal Notes
With winter fast approaching, the campsite will take a little breather as we prepare for the next season and focus on our animals most of which are overwintering in the barns. We’ll be sharing updates on our plans for 2026 in the coming months, please join our socials as I update these fairly frequently and hardly ever get round to newsletters:)
See you next year!
Amanda, Emma and the rest of the team
